Ultra 150 Wont go past 20 mph - help!!

I have 110 lbs compression and spark and my Ultra won't go past 20mph. The carb slides aren't opening. New SBT crank. 6 hours on the ski.

I took the carbs apart and could see nothing irregular . . .

WTF!$!@#%

I'm a Yamaha guy and don't know #$@% about Kawis. Nor do I have parts to switch out to figure out what the problem is.

You'll just have to open the carbs and replace the internals - unfortunately all the parts are dealer-only.
