Hey just got a new MSD coil in for my 750ssxi does it matter which cylinder the coil wire is connected too. does both spark plugs fire at the same time?

no, the cylinders fire at seperate times, look at a manual to see the firing order.:emoticonc

Does not matter. Both wires fire at the same time. One plug will fire when the cylinder is at the bottom of the stroke so it will have no effect.
