I have replaced the middle piston. How do you get all 3 pistons back into the cylinders? Is there a tool out there for compressing piston ring from above the cylinder to get them into the jugs? Any help greatly appreciated

If the motor is still in the ski it can be tricky the first time. First of all be very careful and take it slow. Have someone help hold the cylinder assembly. Be sure you have a good coating of 2 cycle oil on the cylinders. This will ease the assembly and ensure good lubrication on start up. Start with the middle cylinder. Bring the piston all the way up and compress the upper ring with your fingers making sure the ring ends are in proper position with the ring pin. Then gently ease the cylinder down over the top ring until it clears the taper on the bottom of the hole. Do the same with the bottom ring. Then bring the cylinder down a little and line up another piston to the hole and repeat the process 2 more times. Once you have the cylinders all on rotate the motor to be sure you have no binding. Then put a little more oil in each hole and rotate a few times.WATERCRAFT SERVICES. PROVIDING THE RESIDENTS OF HOUSTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS WITH QUALITY WORK ON THEIR PWC AT A FAIR PRICE.
