Is it ok to run 110-116 octane Leaded racing fuel in a 900 triple that has no engine modifications and is mixed at 40:1?

No only use race fuel if your motor is running over 180psi. Even at 180psi you mix with 91. -

you end up rebuilding the engine beacuse you have so much detonation that the top of the piston at the exhaust side melts away.
Nothing would happen if you ran race gas in a motor that didn't need it other than maybe fouling a sparkplug. On the other hand if you didn't use a high enough octain fuel in a modified motor you will have the above problems.Providing mobile JetSki service to the Charlotte / Lake Wylie area.Comment

Because we race stock cars on weekends and I have at least 5 gallons of it already paid for that i can use up if I decide to go out on the jet-skiMy rides:

Then mix the gas if you really want to use it. 1gallon of race and 4 gallons of 87-89. That should last you a while.Dan Solie -
