I just purchased a new 900 complete premium engine and see it only has one pulse line port, the engine i removed has two ports going to carb 1 and 3.
did I get the correct engine?

Yes you did. Some blocks have one, some have two, it's not a problem. Simply tee off the one fitting to drive both your pumps.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
