98 Zxi 1100 Popoff Pressure Setting New Guy

Ive read alot of forums to try to figure out how to set mine and im seeing everyone setting the pop off pressure from 18-25lbs. I contacted SBT and was told by two different techs that it should be around 35-40lbs. What is the right pressure? 98 ZXI 1100

No one has an answer? 35-40 seems high on these carbs.

Can i ask something in between ? What is the pop off pressure ? Here in the netherlands i never heard of it. I have seen the video but what das it do? It pops off extra fuel or what?
