1998 Kawasaki 1100 ZXi Battery connection

I have not use my JetSki for 3 years and had replace parts to make it running. I have connected my JetSki Pos+ an Neg- connector to the battery and i have this 3rd thin cable but don't know if it goes to Pos+ or Neg- on my battery. I have my JetSki running without pluging the 3rd cable but did not take to the water yet.
Just wondering though if that 3rd cable has to do with my trim control, KATS or sensors. Pls. Help. Thanks.

What color is the 3rd wire?
