Kawasaki sxr 800

I have a new SXR 800 with a factory wet pipe, 7 degree timing advance- aftermarket air cleaners and milled the head 15 thousands, jetted the carbs per factory wet pipe specs. Anything else to increase the performance or a shop to lead me in the right direction or sell me the parts. Also what is a good compression number using high oct gas ? 160-170 or 180-190 ?
