2001 130 DI ultra with 42 hrs. My ski takes off like it should and not even 20 seconds later it boggs down as if it is overheating. No faults are noted when hooked up to the computer. It idles great and runs forever. I had it in the shop with no results thousands of dollars later he says it has to be the emm or cotter key on the fly wheel is sheered. They replaced direct injection gaskets and nothing, replaced water hoses, new plugs, they took off the exhaust, just to name a few. They don't have a clue what the problem is. Im really sick of paying a shop rate of $72/hr for a witch hunt. Any one with advice PLEASE help me out. Kawasaki techs are talking to the shop and telling them to do this and that with no luck. The ski was in the shop all summer long last yr. I am sure this is not the FIRST ski this has ever happened to but Kawasaki wont stand behind there product that has 42 hrs on it(imagine that).I would be interested in a used emm.
