I removed the starter on my 97 ZXI Kawasaki, I took out the 2 bolts on the back and it came out, but it looks like the head or part of the starter still stucked were the washer is. How do I get it out. Any ideas, can someone help? :(

You will have to pull the front flywheel cover and knock the broken piece back through. Take your time and use heat if need be, you dont want to damage the housing.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

After a new starter and bendix from SBT I'm back on the water.
