I am having troble getting my 03 12F running properly after installing a new SBT Crankshaft and Bearings.when you set the Timing dead on os outlined in the Kawasaki Manual the Starter will not crank the Engine over (Battery is 100% with Charger attached) if you set the timing a little advanced it will start and run but has no power or throttle responce but will run and idle out of the water will not Idle in the Water (i also checked the impeller and shaft for obstructions,none found) I have been working on this machine since last Summer and need some advice.local shops don't know much about Four Stroke Jet skis.

It is much harder to help you guys out on 4 stroke builds that you do your self, they are much more complex then the 2 strokes. It still sounds like your looking at timing issues, it is good that you have the factory manual, go back through your steps and check your cam timing again. I'm thinking you still have some thing wrong the cam set up.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
