Bad pump bearings and seals?

When I accelerate it takes off right away about 30 percent of the time. The other times the engine raps up and takes a few seconds then it feels like it grabs the water and takes off. I had a really banged up impeller on it so I replaced it thinking that was the problem. Any ideas? I also have noticed that after 15 minutes or so it gets a little bogged down. Any ideas? The ski is a 89' 650ts.
