Is my Jet ski ok

I was riding around 40mph and my jet ski reduced power and shut down. At this point I jumped into the water to see if there was anything blocking the intake and I found nothing I waited about 10-15 minutes started and began to go it then happened again I checked everything again. I also noticed that it ski seemed to be vibrating more than normal. I drove to my final destination around 20 mph with everything seeming ok. I tried checking compression and had 120psi from 2 cylinders and 90psi in the other. I also noticed there was no fuel on the spark plug of the cylinder that had the lower compression (if that means anything). Any insight would be awesome.

I know from what you said its a triple, but whats the year and model?

Do you think it could just be a piston?

I seen ski's run great on that kind of compression, check all your hoses including the water box and it plumbing.

I was messing around with it today and the vibration is is pretty bad
