1100 ZXI just makes one click when start button is pushed. the click noise comes from the electrical box. The engine turns by hand, battery is charged and checked with meter. Any ideas what could be the problem? Thanks for any help on this.

You might try shorting across the two post of the starter relay with a wrench or something. (That basically directs power straight from the battery to the starter.)
I was having problems with mine for a while. That's how we had to start it until we figured out the problem.Comment
