Reprogramming EMM

I just bought used 1100STX DI 2000 Kawasaki.
I notice (using KADIAG software) serial numbers not matching numbers on the injectors. Is it any way I can load to the EMM right information about injectors ? How I can get fuel mapping for each injector ?
