I'm having the cylinders of my '93 Kawasaki 550sx Jet Ski match-bored for new pistons. The machine shop needs the original OEM cylinder size statistics (diameter, clearances, etc.) before they can begin. Can anyone provide these for me please? Thanks - Mike

i dont hav ethe original specs for that model but its 3-4 thousands clearance .003-.004 for the bore with the new new pistons and

here are the bore sizes so you can give them this list and they can measure the cylinder and then beable to figure out what size your going to be from there

By the way, Joe.... I checked out your website. Very nice site. I don't have much use for winterizing here in Florida, but if I did, I'd know who to call. Hope the other viewers here on SBT will take a peek at http://www.mstmotorsports.com/ . Anyone who takes the time to help someone a thousand miles away is obviously the kind of person who's going to give excellent customer service to his customers. Cheers! - Mike
