    I need to pull the trim motor out of a 94 xi ss. Any tips, tricks or advice?

    Just dont damage any wires pulling it apart.

      Well got it out and the motor is bad. Trying to find one (just the motor) this one is of course the hard one to find. Any idea of a part number? I did find a whole unit for sale. Untested but the guy will refund if it dont work.

          Didn't want to dump that much into just replacing the motor. So I found a used trim box. The guy swears if it don't work he'll refund my 140$. So I'm thinking I can plug in the switch and add power to the right places and test it without completely installing it. Is that possible? better ideas?.....
