1998 1100 STX no Spark.

Motor was Starting up fine.
I had to do a top end rebuild.
Now I seem to not have any spark.
Any suggestions? What is the procedure for checking spark?
I am hoping this is something simple.

Your 1st step is to check battery voltage while the engine is cranking over. If the voltage cranking is lower than 10.5 then it will not fire the plugs.
