  • 96 Kawasaki ZXI 750 need correct Pop off pressure settings and more issues!

I have a 96 ZXI 750 twin carb set up. I need to know what the Pop off pressure should be? Also, need to know what the carb Hi and Lo should be set at? The pop off is at 25 psi, each carb right now. The ski is not wanting to start and back fires like it is loading up, there is no fuel in the fuel filter. hugh? Cranks slow, has a new battery in it. 10/5 at the starter. Any ideas?
    Thanks, Yvonne

Carb settings should be about 3/4 on the low and 1-1/4 on the high. Pop-off is not listed but Kawis run high pop off try 35 psi. Back fire will be from a sheered flywheel key, check that and if thats it next time around make sure the flywheel nut is real tight.
