99 ultra plugs
Why do the 99 ultra 150's need $20.00 spark plugs and the 2000 and up use standard $3.00 plugs?

Post is a little old but here's a note for any new reader. I've been using Champion Powersport 8902 and have used the same plugs for over 5 years (heavy summer usage) in my early 1999 Ultra 150. They work great. No fouling, nice tan color, no problems ever. They're $3 plugs. Try them, save money.

I tried to get those today but my local inadequate parts store cross-referenced them to NGK BR9ES. You might have something there, I'll have to wait until I get to civilization to try Champion.Comment
