Pump frozen on driveshaft

STX-15, I knew the bearing was going out in the pump but waited too long to change it. I think I may have spun the driveshaft on the impeller. Now I can't get the pump out of the ski, even tried to pull it out with my truck.

Any ideas on how to get it out other than cutting the driveshaft?
