kawasaki could it be a fule pump problem ?

i have a kawasaki 650 sx it will start and idle but will not rev! it just cuts out unless you keep pushing the primer pump
could it be a pump problem dose anyone have a fule line diagram for this ski #?

Sounds like the needle and seat are stuck, have you looked into the carb yet, if not then take it apart and clean or rebuild it.
