I am using the permatex motoseal 1 on the crankcase, but I am not sure what to use between the crankcase and the cylinders base. Should I use the motoseal 1, permatex the right stuff gasket maker, or should I be using something else?

3 bond 1211 is the way to go but you should be ok with the motoseal.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
