sucked up just a little (ha ha) water over the weekend and turned the rear rod into a pretzel after removing the top end and un sticking the rod the crank seems to turn smooth and there doesnt seem to be any damage to the case. Whats the chance i can just have a new rod installed and be on my merry way? Who can change the rods on this crank and would it just be best to get an overhauled exchanged unit or maybe a factory new!!!
Your thoughts?????

Well, you can't just replace a rod - you have to either get your crank rebuilt, but a remanufactured one, or buy a new one. If you only shoose to do the bottom end, you will be spending 70% of the money and time to do the whole engine - or get a new one - it requires a complete teardown and rebuild, and throwing your old worm top-end parts in there would be a bad choice.
