I have 1999 xi 750 and was wondering if there is a way of mounting a bigger pump on it I dont mind having to do some cutting
the engine will be modified but ive heard that the pump is not big enough for it when modified and if anyone has some good ideas that would be great

Unless you buy an expensive Skat Trak pump, you can just about forget trying to put a bigger pump into that hull, unless of course, you can make molds and own a fiberglass shop. Even then, you would be trying to mate fiberglass to SMC.....

Just how much extra power are you building ? Have you looked into Skat Trak impellors and maybe a nozzel change for your oem pump ?

That motor is only capable of around 100 hp in recreational trim on pump gasoline.

It was just an idea of building some sort of sleeper
Ive got six that I rent and I know that I'll be stuck with one at the end of it
Mabnum pump would be nice though but not worth it for what I want it for

Do you hire standups? How much?

I would love to have a Kawa 750 standup along side my XP.. Dream-o-meter = off the scale..

I hire xi sport 2 seaters for $250 a day
No stand ups as I've only had 3 enquiries including yours
about the business I am usually booked solid for january by mid december and half of feb by now but since its introduction in feb 1st 2002 I've had 6 customers
the only reason the bank hasnt taken the house is that the bank was my bro
It's a bit hard when the GOVERNMENT tell you your business will be excemt because the new it would kill the business and we give them more than enough information than nececary and concidering the lousy job Vic Roads is doing with it we couldn't win
