can any one recommend a good replacement for a stock fuel pump. I have a 1995 polaris 750.

I put the Mikuni #DF52-92 (three outlet) pump on my SLT 750. It seems to work just fine and it wasn't too terribly difficult to install. It bolted right onto the existing mounting bracket.
I got it at Heeters Performance Center http://www.heeters.com/snbpa.shtml They gave me good service at a reasonable price.

should I use all three outlets, or block 2 of them off. If I use more than 1 outlet where does the other fuel line go. Or should I just stay with 1 outlet.

The point of the triple outlet pump is to plumb it to all three carbs. If you need a install doc one exists on the site just search for it.
