Is the drain suppose to be filled up with water or whatever is in it. Do I need to dump it out every once in a while. Mine looks like it is full all the time. Is this what it is suppose to be like?

Re: What does the SEPARATOR, FUEL/WATER on an SL650 do?
It's a washable fuel filter & water separator. When you take it off, look for any water pooling at the bottom. If you see any, drain and mop out your tank, and add drygas.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

Yes, that's what I mean. The water is coming from somewhere - the TANK. And it sits on the bottom - so you need to get it out. It's not fun at all on a Polaris - they have a very bad tank design as far as access and some tanks even have ribs inside, making it almost impossible to get it dry.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.

The Older Polaris Skis Have A Poor Design On The Fuel Filler Cap. It Is In Front And Tends To Leak With Heavy Water Wash Over It. If It Is Not In Good Condition Then You Will Have Water Contamination In The Fuel.WATERCRAFT SERVICES.
