Looking to check compression on a used 2001 Virage TXI, does anyone if the spark plug is 5/8" or 13/16". Anyone have any pro's or con's for this ski?

I know it uses the small base plug. I suspect it would be the 5/8 size. I have had one of these (TXi) since 2001 and it is a very nice boat. It has very smooth power delivery and is both quick and powerful. Realistic top speed is about 58+ but down hill in a tail wind it might just reach 60. The best thing about it is the fantastic fuel economy. If you just cruse you may get as much as 120 miles on a tank of gas. Even working it all the time, it will do 80 - 90 miles. Like all Polaris, it rides kinda rough and turns very flat, but it is totally safe in rough water and won't pitch you off. You'll just get beat up a bit.
