98 SLT-X Wiring Help

I am putting together a '98 SLT-X with a new SBT 1050 engine and I cannot find a picture of the CDI box at all. I am just wondering- There is a red/purple wire that has a flat connector in the middle of it and a flat connector at the end of it. The one at the end goes next to the line fuse at the bottom of the box. Does the middle connector attach to that same cluster of fuse attachments? (There are 6 attachment prongs coming up off on that spot and they all have red/purple wires coming off. Putting both on this cluster would fill 5 of the 6 prongs with red/purple wires.)

One Flat Connector Goes To The Breaker And The Other Goes To The Elec. Board.
