Hi my buddy has a 01 virage 1200 and it quit the first time we put it on the water, so he took it to the dealer and they said it was the cdi. That was a month ago and they said it was on backorder and when it came in it would take about 3 hours to install since they have to pull the motor to install it. Does this sound right or are they sticking it to him? Just curious where the cdi is on one of these machines also. thanks,ben.
