On partsland.com they sell a brush assembly/complete for $60.00. I guess the brushes are not available seperately.
Question : Is it a good idea to try and re-brush/lubricate these starters on just buy a new one from SBT ?
What kind of grease is recommended--Something like Johnson Triple Guard or marine wheel bearing grease ??
Mine is working but has seen some horrible times. I'm Just preparing for alittle preventative maintenance when things get taken apart.
