sl650 trouble

i took the electrical box a part.the cdi box is just clicking no power going to the starter.could it be the magnetic switch causing the trouble.

Yes it could jump the two large terminals on the starter solinoid and the starter should turn over the engine if not then it's not the solinoid but a bad connection, bad starter, bad battery.

I have used Polaris parts if you need some.
