what other suspects

For a 96' Hurricane, Wont stay running after its warmed up. It bogs quite a bit unpredictably and looses power at any throttle position other than idol suddenly, but always starts up like a champ on a new day. Carbs and plug gap are dialed in, freshly rebuilt carbs, new filters, and of corse the compression check, nothing else has been done. It does it on and off the water. I dont know!?
