On most two strokes you can premix the fuel insted of the oil injection system. The oil injection is just easier for most people and some are variable injection so you use less oil. You can not leave the injection pump on the ski and not use it. You will have to get the kit and remove it from the block or it will sieze from lack of lubrication internaly. The bottom end of a two stroke is lubed by the oil fuel micture as it enters the intake into the crank area.

yes, on your '94, you'll WANT to block off and go pre-mix, the original pumps are notorious for going out, and you will have no warning that there is no oil being injected.

Just drain the tank, cut the wires, and put in a 33 ohm resistor to let the computer think it is full of oil. make sure you remove the injector push-rod.

there is no oil in your crankcase, just the oil from the pre-mix, that's what it's there for. The gas/oil first circulates through the crankcase, then pushes into the combustion chamber to burn.
