What should the pop off pressure be on a 96 slx 780. I got the rebuild kits from sbt and looking through tech posts the only thing I can find is around 20psi. The kits only have two springs in them and I get 18psi and 20psi out of those. Is there and exeptable range. If I install my old spring it is 21 psi, but I don't really want to put the old ones back in.

Help I'm trying to finish these up today.

Anywhere in that range works, it doesn't need to be any exact number, they just need to be the same. Using your old springs is just fine as long as thye aren't damaged.

Thanks for the fast response. I think I will use the longer ones (24psi), I don't want to take a chance with the old ones.

Thanks again for the fast response.
