    Hi Guys, new boy here!

Please excuse my ignorance, I'm a bit new to all this.

Just bought a 96 Polaris 780 SLX on Friday and although it runs very well it is in need of a new impeller, unfortunately over on this side of the pond it is either very difficult of very expensive to source these parts. Could anyone tell me if I could get one from the US and how much it would cost and also would it be best to get Polaris parts or aftermarket?

Also I have seen this on e-bay and wondered if it is any good?

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Cheers
    S.

I have a SLT 780 and have been trying different impellers/jet pump ect...when I bought my craft a few months ago it had a Polaris 17/22 impeller on it. If you’re interested in sharing experiences let me know. Nolan

ebay is good if you know what to look for and are willing to deal with slight risk. Any good aftermarket prop new will run $200+ retail. I've seen and bought a prop on ebay for $65 shipped. Obviously the shipping for you will be higher. BUT. . . it said 12/18 and is probably more like 14\22. My RPM's dropped by about 1000. Hence the risk. Polaris OEM parts try www.partsland.com
