Engine swap 93 to 94 SL650, Any problems?

I have a 93 SL650 with a bad motor. I have obtained a 94 SL650 engine to swap into it. I noticed that the cooling system is plumbed differently. What do I need to do to get this engine to work in my 93 SL650?
