99 SLTH won't start

Rebuilt carbs because I thought hard starting was a fuel problem. Carbs needed it but now it is even harder to start. Not getting good spark to plugs. Any ideas?

check the wire in the boot clip back if necesary

Tried That! Cranks and cranks and cranks, then backfires, then starts. Runs like a top till you kill it, then same thing all over again!
