  • 780SLX Fuel Problem

This is a 95 Polaris 780SLX jet ski. I'm getting no fuel to through the fuel pump. I have a new fuel pump. (Yes, the fuel switch is set to "on.") The filter is clear, but it isn't drawing fuel. From the pump, one line goes to the crank case, one to each of three cylinders, and one is the "in" line from the tank. I'm out of ideas. I've pulled the line from the pump to each cylinder and not a drop. Is there something electronic that might keep it from drawing fuel? The engine runs if I bypass the pump and just artificially put fuel in the carbs. Ideas?

If your fuel line is old replace it. It could have a small hole in it you cant see. An air leak can cause that problem. Also check the Oring on the fuel water seperator. Once my fuel water seperator was loose an caused that problem.
