I guess this really applies to all models.

What brand rods and bearings do you use for replacement?
How do they stack up against OEM?
Do you build your cranks in-house or are they subbed to another builder?
Obviously the cranks are trued but what's an acceptable tolerace for you guys before you call it a day and weld them up?
What is your crank warranty if purchased individually?

    Thanks for your time.

        Re: Polaris Cranks

Our rods are all SBT, and are made in the same foundries as the OEM rods, overseas. Our bearings are the same name brands as the OEMs use, we just get price breaks because we buy over 60,000 every year. We use SKG, FAG, Nachi, etc. We build everything ourselves, have patenets on our crank building equipment, and even supply Yamaha USA with cranks for thier warranty program. Most of our twin cranks come out to 0.000" and our triples less than 0.002".
