slt 750 1995 electrical

the boat charges at 13 volts then up to 14 , 16 , 18 ,20 then blowes fuse. Is this a stator problem or? maybe regulator/ thanks

It means the rectifier is gone - I do not know if that model uses a separate module, or if it's with the CDI. Contact your dealer for a new one regardless.
