New Engine.. Can you send to England?

I sent an email asking this, but the forum seems busy..

I need an engine for a 94 Polaris SLT 750,
Im trying to rebuild mine but had issues with the PTO coupler being seized solid onto the crank.... So cant replace the seals.

Do you ship overseas? and what would it cost me, if the answer is yes..
