Hurricane Break-in

Finally got a 97' Hurricane repaired with SBT exchange cylinders. Nice kit. Have read break-in procedures, but am not sure how to calculate % horsepower to RPM. Any suggestions?

It's not % horsepower - it's % throttle position. Breakin has nothing to do with RPM.
