1050 stuck in the middle?????

Hey, its been about two years since I've been on here. I need a little help with a 98 SLXH 1050 I bought as a project. I has between 100-110psi compression, starts and idles fine, but only seems to have about half throttle, kinda sounds like a bogish with a little rev limiter mixed in. All the plugs look good no signs of running lean, looks like a bit oil rich.
Could the main jets be gunked up?
Whats the high speed idle adjustment?

Well I checked the carbs they look new and gas is spraying out perfectly in all three...at WOT

These things had a CDI issue??? If the CDI is messed up will it still run???

I already tried disconnecting gray wire and it wouldn't start, is there another way too get it out of limp home mode???/??
