2001 Polaris Virage TXI fuel pump removal

I have a 2001 Polaris TXI with a 1200 fuel injected motor. My fuel pump quit working. I have been told I need to remove the motor and the gas tank in order to change the fuel pump. :-( Is this true?

I dont know, Thats one polaris I've never changed a fuel pump on. It is a tight fit, you might be able to remove the glove box and have more room to work . Good luck.
