oil pump 1996 slx780

I replaced the oil pump on my slx780. I can not get oil to the carbs.
I am running premix thru engine but no oil is pumping out of the hose.
How can I test the pump?

Oil flow rate is very slow under 1000 rpms, Fill the oil tank and mark the level of the oil in the tank, pre-mix your fuel and run a tank of fuel through it, re-check your oil tank to see if the level has dropped, 1 tank of fuel will drop the oil level about 1/4 of an inch.
