I have a polaris SLT750 that I just put a SBT motor in. It runs fine but when you give it gas it does not go back to idle it stays very high but when I choke it and open the choke realy fast it goes back to idle. Is the carbs out of adj. if so how do I adj them.

Re: polaris SLT750 idle problems
Try opening up the low speed screws more, if that doesn't help you may have an air leak some place. Places that air leaks can happen will be around the reeds, intake to carb base, front and rear crank seals, cylinder base gaskets and crank case halves.SBT Tech Support is here to help with your problems.
