fuel problems

I have a 95 SLT 750 that will not pump fuel. If I take the fuel like comming out of the tank and hook it up straight to the fuel pump it pumps fine. I took off the water seperater and blew it out with air not stoped up took off the fuel selector blew it out again not stoped up. blew out everything even the fuel lines just will not pump fuel un less the main fuel line in hooked up straight to the pump bypassing the water separater and the fuel shutoff

Replace the water sep. it is sucking air someplace. The sep. may have a crack in it.
