How To Remove The Plastic/Rubber Trim On A 1996 Polaris SLT 780

Hello, I am needing to remove the front plastic/rubber trim piece from one of my Jet Ski's and put it on the other. How is this done. Also, is the piece rubber or plastic. I am thinking of changing the color using color bond.

Its held onto the rub rail with pop rivets at its ends, drill out the pop rivets and pull the other push pins up on the top of the plastic nose cover.
