Some one reciently gave me a 1995 Polaris SL 650. They lt it sit for 3 years without touching it. Iput a new battery in it and it turns over fine but it wont start. Where should i go from there.

More than likely the carburetors need cleaning / rebuilding after sitting for that long. Also, the fuel tank should be flushed of old gas (if he stored it with gas). Chances are the reason it won't start is because the carbs are dirty and the engine is not receieving any gas. While you are at it, go ahead and make sure your spark plugs are firing too.
